About fill'd
What is fill'd?
fill'd is a care services network that connects registered and approved aged care providers with service and associate providers and aged care workers across Australia. As a registered service and associate provider under the Aged Care Act 2024, fill'd handles workforce coordination, compliance verification, and quality assurance on your behalf.
Where does fill'd operate?
fill'd currently operates across Queensland (the Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Gympie) and Tasmania, with active expansion across Australia. To find out if fill'd is available in your area, get in touch with our team.
How does fill'd help service providers work with registered providers?
fill'd connects service and associate providers with multiple registered and approved aged care providers through one agreement. Complete compliance verification once, then access job opportunities across the network without repeating documentation or audits for each provider relationship. One partnership with fill'd opens doors to work with registered providers across Australia.
Getting started
Do I need healthcare experience to join fill'd?
Not necessarily. Many aged care services don't require clinical qualifications, including gardening, cleaning, transport, meal preparation, and domestic support. For clinical and allied health services such as nursing, therapy, and psychology, you'll need appropriate qualifications and registrations. fill'd works with service providers across the full spectrum of aged care services.
What types of services can I offer through fill'd?
fill'd supports all Support at Home service types under the Aged Care Act 2024, including:
  • Health and Clinical Care: nursing care, allied health therapy, psychology and counselling, care management and coordination
  • Personal Care and Independence: personal care and daily living support, continence management, medication administration assistance
  • Social Connection and Wellbeing: companionship and social support, community engagement and cultural support, digital literacy support, respite care
  • Home and Independence Support: domestic assistance, meal preparation and delivery, shopping and errands, home maintenance and safety, transport services
  • Therapeutic Services for Wellbeing: remedial massage and alternative therapies, art, music and diversional therapy, exercise and recovery programmes
  • Assistive Technology and Home Modifications: assistive technology, home modifications and adaptations
  • Trade Services
What if I'm a sole trader rather than a company with employees?
fill'd works with both sole traders and companies with teams. Whether you're working independently or managing employees, you can access jobs, manage service delivery, and handle invoicing, all scaled to your business size.
How quickly can I start receiving job matches after signing up?
Once your profile is complete and verified, you can start receiving job matches immediately based on your availability, qualifications, and service offerings.
Working with fill'd
Do I have to work exclusively with fill'd?
No. You can continue servicing your existing clients and take on aged care work through fill'd as your capacity allows. fill'd is designed to help you grow your business, not limit it.
Do I need to be registered with multiple registered providers to use fill'd?
No. You don't need existing relationships with registered and approved aged care providers. fill'd is your gateway to the aged care market, connecting you with registered providers from day one. You can start immediately and expand your reach over time as fill'd grows.
Can I set my own pricing?
Yes. You have complete control over your rates. fill'd matches you with job opportunities where budgets align with your pricing. We take no commission from your service fees, so you keep what you earn.
How do I get paid?
After completing a job, you submit an invoice through fill'd. Payments are processed through one channel, eliminating the need to manage invoicing and payment schedules with multiple registered providers.
Compliance and quality
How does fill'd comply with the Aged Care Act 2024?
fill'd is built to support compliance with the Aged Care Act 2024 and the Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards. We verify that workers are appropriately credentialed, track compliance requirements, and ensure required training is completed, helping you meet your obligations under the latest regulations.
What compliance requirements does fill'd cover?
fill'd maintains compliance with the Support at Home programme, the Aged Care Act 2024, Aged Care Quality and Safety Standards, and NDIS requirements where applicable. We provide compliance tracking, documentation management, and audit-ready records, as well as free training updates to keep you current with regulatory changes.
